When the backdrop is beautiful Clovelly, you know it’s going to be a great day, and the unveiling of the 2024 Olympic team uniform was no exception. A fantastic event enjoyed by Olympians, esteemed guests, and friends of Sportscraft.
Hosted by Sylvia Jefferies, the event kicked off with much excitement as the hard work of crafting the Australian uniform for the 10th time was unveiled. With Paris as the inspiration behind the design, the green and gold-inspired uniforms showcased beautiful and detailed linework influenced by iconic monuments such as the Eiffel Tower and Le Louvre.
Using soft, breathable fabrics like lightweight European linen and Australian-grown cotton, the Olympic team looked stylish and comfortable, ready to take on the world or at least the warmer weather conditions as they tackle European summer.
The speakers on the day were an absolute highlight, with addresses from Sportscraft CEO Elisha Hopkinson, as well as The Honourable Anika Wells MP, taking the stage, and of course, Chef de Mission for Paris 2024 Anna Meares, who expertly guided us through a riveting Q&A on all things Olympics.
The day was not without style at the forefront, with fashion-goers sporting this season's most coveted looks from our latest Sportscraft collection. Want to take this look home with you? The good news is, it’s all available in-store and online now. Ready, set, go…
